FAIR Data Projects with Societal Impact

Purpose:
Support the creation and maintenance of research‑grade data repositories as well as promoting FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data practices as part of national Open Science efforts.

Activities:

• Sela (Bar‑Ilan University) & Schler (HIT): Israeli Supreme Court Database, 1997–2022 and Beyond. Development of a structured, accessible database of High Court proceedings and judgments (for more info click here). The database address: https://schler.wixsite.com/il-supreme-court-db.
• Peleg & Sidi (University of Haifa): FAIR Databases for Research Serving Humanity and the Global Environment. (for the report click here). To reach the collection of databases.

Achievements:
Creation of databases of Israeli Supreme Court rulings and the establishment of additional FAIR datasets maintained by the University of Haifa team.
